Diversification of the region in C.D.R. Valle del Guadalhorce
There is a wide variety of products, due to the mild climate, the abundance of water and fertility of soils in the Guadalhorce Valley.
Since its inception the value of these products strongly tied to our territory implementation has been one of the priority lines of work of the guadalhorce Valley GDR, proof of them is that we have launched numerous projects related to agricultural - livestock and food processing. Hence our interest in participating in this project, directly related to implementing value of local products, but from the level of diversification in the use of the same, notably those related to the presentations and new forms of marketing of our local productions. This can be an important avenue for improving and consolidating the comarca agrolimentarios systems.
We offer products of high quality, nutritional and organoleptic perspective as it is the case of the Málaga Aloreña olive, but in some cases we need to explore new forms of presentation that generate more value value added product at the same time as give response to new demands of consumers, for facilitating them and make them more accessible the consumption of these products.
