The Conferences were opened by the Provincial Delegate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in Andalusia, Ms. Monica Bermudez, the president of Ceder Axarquía, Mr. José Juan Jiménez and the councilman of the Food Technology Park, Mr. Manuel Rincón.

As part of the project "Diversification of agricultural and livestock resources" was held a presentation on the preparation of horticultural products in IV and V range (ready to eat), especially mango and avocado at the Food- Technology Park Costa del Sol-Axarquia, in Vélez-Málaga.
Mango is the star product that will be used in other markets, like Cosmetics and Energy, in order to make profits in a future overproduction. In the food sector it will be boosted the by-products, such as mango smoothies. Moreover, the ecological production will be stimulated.
